Terms and Conditions

Corporate clients remain responsible for:

​

• Providing suitable venues

• Ensuring participant safety

• Obtaining any required permissions

• Communicating participation requirements to employees

 

Radiant Heart is not responsible for workplace decisions, employment matters or employee health outcomes.

​

Travel, Venue and Out-of-Town Bookings

Radiant Heart provides services throughout Johannesburg and may accept bookings elsewhere within South Africa.

For services outside the Johannesburg area, additional costs may apply, including:

​

• Travel expenses

• Accommodation costs

• Venue expenses

• Parking fees

• Toll fees

• Other reasonable costs associated with delivering the service

 

Any such costs will be agreed upon before confirmation of the booking.

 

Where a client provides the venue, the client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is:

• Safe and suitable for the intended activity

• Clean and reasonably accessible

• Compliant with any applicable health and safety requirements

 

Radiant Heart reserves the right to refuse to conduct a session where a venue is considered unsafe or unsuitable.

Retreat-Specific Terms

Retreat bookings often require advance commitments to accommodation providers, venues and third-party suppliers.

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific retreat:

• A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• The balance must be paid by the due date communicated to participants.

• Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of the booking.

 

Participant substitutions may be accepted at Radiant Heart's discretion.

If a retreat is cancelled by Radiant Heart, participants will receive either:

​

• A full refund of amounts paid to Radiant Heart; or

• The option to transfer funds to a future retreat.

 

Radiant Heart shall not be responsible for travel costs, accommodation booked independently, loss of earnings or other expenses incurred by participants. Participants remain responsible for obtaining any insurance they consider appropriate

Participant Conduct

Radiant Heart seeks to provide a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all participants.

Participants agree to:

• Treat others with respect and dignity.

• Follow reasonable instructions provided by facilitators.

• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour.

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

 

Radiant Heart reserves the right to remove any participant from a session, workshop, retreat or event where behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive or harmful. No refund will be provided where removal results from a participant's misconduct.

Confidentiality

Radiant Heart respects the privacy of its clients and participants. Information shared during individual sessions will be treated as confidential unless:

​

• Disclosure is required by law.

• There is a risk of serious harm to the client or another person.

• The client has provided consent for disclosure.

 

Participants should be aware that group workshops, retreats and wellness events involve multiple participants and complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal information shared during group activities.

Electronic Communications

By contacting Radiant Heart through the website, email, online forms, social media platforms, messaging applications or other electronic means, you consent to receiving communications related to your enquiry, booking or participation in services.  Radiant Heart will take reasonable steps to protect electronic communications but cannot guarantee that electronic communications will always be secure, uninterrupted or error-free.
